Places in Hawaii

where can I get cheap tickets to Hilo, Hawaii for either tomorrow or Saturday?

I already checked expedia and priceline but all of them are about $500 and leave LAX at 8 am but I want to get to Hawaii later than 3 in the afternoon.

2. try kayak.com or cheaptickets.com I'd also check on Hawaiian Airlies and Aloha Airlines websites. Find your best price on one of the sites like expedia, orbitz, kayak, which let you compare and then always go to the individual airline's site - ALWAYS cheaper that way.
3. try hawaii.com or southwest airlines..believe it or not southwest flies to Hawaii as well. You may get a last minute deal...good luck!!!!!!

5. It depends on your return date. Orbitz.com has $429 from LAX to Hilo, departing Saturday, returning in February.

9. Go to www.hawaiianair.com and check there. Hawaiian flies out of lots of places on the west coast. EDIT: Yup, just checked. You can get one to Hilo from LAX for $202 (plus tax), and one returning Feb. 1 or 3 for $187. Total for the trip was $420.04. AND, all flights leave L.A. at that time. The flight to Hilo leaves at 8:45 am, so, sorry.
10. You're coming today or Saturday? You're not gonna get it for better than $500! The best prices for tickets are for if you buy your ticket 14 days in advance or more. If you're talking about today or tomorrow, you're out of luck. Also, flying to Hawaii from LAX will not allow you arrive before 3 pm since there is no such thing as a red eye to Hilo. Even if you leave LAX in the early am, you're going against the time and gaining 2 hours automatically. Good luck....hope you found something!
